OCO does not
warrant that a person or company may legally purchase, posses,
or carry specific items found in any of our websites or catalogs
according to federal, state, or local laws. This includes, but
not limited to, firearms, ammunition, air guns, crossbows,
knives, swords, paintball guns, edged weapons, spears, stun
guns, fuses, blowguns, slingshots, and certain non-lethal
chemical spray devices. By placing orders with OCO, you are
attesting to (1) There are no federal, state, or local laws
prohibiting you from purchasing the items ordered, (2) You are
of legal age, and (3) You are the owner of or have permission
to use payment instruments.
Shipping
Orders are sent UPS unless another
form of shipment is requested. All orders must include a
street or route address. We will not ship to a PO box.
All orders are subject to shipping charges. Most items
will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends) but not
guaranteed. If you have a question about shipping turnaround, or
need something shipped immediately, please call us a
1-877-537-8780 to confirm possibilities. OCO will only ship to
addresses within the U.S. through the online system Phone
orders for international shipments will be accepted. Items purchased with personal checks will be
held a minimum of 10 working days or until the check clears the
bank before items are shipped. Money orders and PayPal orders
ship upon receipt of payment.
Return Policy
We at OCO want you to be 100%
satisfied with your purchase. All items include a 30-day, from
date of purchase, money back satisfaction guarantee. If you're
not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a
refund or exchange. Our products are warranted against
defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience a
problem with an Outdoor Connection product, simply return it for a replacement. All returned items must have a return
authorization. Please call or email us for a return
authorization number. All returned or exchanged merchandise
must be in original condition, and must include all packaging
materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Additional
charges can be incurred if merchandise is not in original
condition. Please ship your item back to us prepaid and insured
by UPS or Federal Express. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments
and do not refund shipping charges.
Payment
We accept certified checks, money
orders, personal checks and credit cards. No COD
orders. Personal checks will be held a minimum of 10 working
days or until the check clears the bank before items are
shipped. Returned checks will be resubmitted and a $20.00
return fee will be charged. Money orders and credit cards ship immediately. |
